Just returned from a nice week long vacation a short while ago. We've been going to the same ocean area for years. The only change has been the accommodations. About 4 years ago we started renting a house and it's turned out to be a very good deal for us.

We are a 3 minute walk to the beach and yet we are not on the main road. In our area you can walk on sidewalks for approximately 1 mile in one direction and about 4 miles in another. It's very safe and we really enjoy it. I would go every month for a week if I could.

There really is no other news of note. The Mrs. finally threw in the towel and is enjoying not working. My employment seems stable (one can never be sure) and I appreciate both the time and financial investment they made in me. I hope to earn their appreciation as well.

The Mrs and I have made a solid, ongoing and committed effort in our health and fitness endeavors. We are consistently going to the gym 4-5 times per week and eating, what we think, appropriately. Life is good for us and I hope for you as well.
